c215 project

allright so i havent written to you guys in a long time so i wanna you guys to catch up on what im doing for my art project in art history . now im shooting videos of my self outside of school and just going everywhere so i can get a nice pretty shot of me talking about c215 and his life and life experiance so far ! so yeah when im finish with my project im going to share it with everybody and please tell me what you think ! thanks -adrian

malti media project !

Hi so im blogging because im going to do a malti media project in my art history ib class.
Here are things im going to do in my project .

• A whole bunch of pictures from c215's stencil work 
• me talkin and giving out details about where hes from and his history 
• the history of graffiti
• creativity !
• of course music 
• other stuff that i can not release at this time

C215 AKA CHRIS

c215 stencil a picture of his daughter

chris gets his name from a cell number in which he spend to much time in (jail cell) thats where he got his name as c215 he loves to hear his name in different languages he says it sounds like chris but in numbers. Hes a streetart junkie, 35 years old, living in Paris.  I've studied a lot, with 2 masters in history and art, and some foreign languages. He work in import/export, in the decoration area.
It was a bit too much for him and he decided to quit everything when his daughter, Nina was born, and came back to hes true passion. all he does is travil around the world to show off his work and just cutting stencils and painting everyday.  art helps him to express hes deeper feelings. he  feels so good with, and so poor without art in his life. he does stencil on all supports and the street is what he prefer.his favourite’s artists are the classics of the big centuries and for the more modern ones Pignon Ernest .  he had  a traditional job as a design manufacturer. he has allready  painted in India, Israel, Brasil, Poland, USA, Senegal, Morocco and some European countries, but Morrocco is his favourite country so far. Each stencil has it own story. Most of his stencils come from his own pictures, but some also come from friends, or photographers with whom he collaborate. The most important thing for him is the feeling inside, the expression of the eyes, and the story behind his art work. he has allways sayed to never follow anyone, never copy anyone, just follow your own style and feeling, the streets

REMBRANDT

Rembrandt Harmenszoon van Rijn is hes full name . rembrandt was born on July 15, 1606. Hes a dutch painter , he sadly died on october 4, 1669 hes on of the most famous painters in dutch history. His family was quite well-to-do; his father was a miller and his mother was a baker's daughter. As a boy he attended latin school and was enrolled at the university of leiden.At the end of 1631, Rembrandt moved to Amsterdam  rapidly expanding as the new business capital of the Netherlands, and began to practice as a professional portraitist for the first time. In the late 1640s, Rembrandt began a relationship with the much younger Hendrickje stoffels, who had initially been his maid. In 1654 they had a daughter, Cornelia, bringing Hendrickje a summons from the Reformed church to answer the charge "that she had committed the acts of a whore with Rembrandt the painter". She admitted this and was banned from receiving communion. Rembrandt was not summoned to appear for the Church council because he was not a member of the Reformed Church. The two were considered legally wed under common law, but Rembrandt had not married Henrickje, so as not to lose access to a trust set up for Titus in his mother's will. Rembrandt lived beyond his means, buying art (including bidding up his own work) often used in his paintings. i think that hes a really good painter just like carravaggio was in his time . i recomend people know about this artist .

Caravaggio

Caravaggio was born september 29 1571 he died in  July 1610 (aged 38)

 Caravaggio trained as a painter in milan under a master who had himself trained under titian. In his early twenties Caravaggio moved to Rome where, during the late 16th and early 17th centuries, many huge new churches and palazzi were being built and paintings were needed to fill them

when i saw this movie i thought it was very interesting because he is a murderer also a painter so it was good to know that about his history in life . thats prouble why he always drew about death .

 there was so much hate inside him . the only way he well be able to escape his feeling is by drawing  . he was a very dangerous man because he never had any good in his life only bad things but i personaily think he is a great artist because hes so creative and he puts all his feeling in his paintings so when you see them you can picture his feelings and hate . hes a very fantastic artist because he draws his feelings in his paintings which is awesome because i do the same thing when i feel artistic .

hi my name is adrian .
im a student at highland senior highschool and im studying art history for one of my classes.
i love art i think its the best thing to learn and also to do like drawing . im a kinda graffiti person i got in trouble for graffiting the school but that was before. well i just wanted to write saying im new and i love art.
