C215 AKA CHRIS

c215 stencil a picture of his daughter

chris gets his name from a cell number in which he spend to much time in (jail cell) thats where he got his name as c215 he loves to hear his name in different languages he says it sounds like chris but in numbers. Hes a streetart junkie, 35 years old, living in Paris.  I've studied a lot, with 2 masters in history and art, and some foreign languages. He work in import/export, in the decoration area.
It was a bit too much for him and he decided to quit everything when his daughter, Nina was born, and came back to hes true passion. all he does is travil around the world to show off his work and just cutting stencils and painting everyday.  art helps him to express hes deeper feelings. he  feels so good with, and so poor without art in his life. he does stencil on all supports and the street is what he prefer.his favourite’s artists are the classics of the big centuries and for the more modern ones Pignon Ernest .  he had  a traditional job as a design manufacturer. he has allready  painted in India, Israel, Brasil, Poland, USA, Senegal, Morocco and some European countries, but Morrocco is his favourite country so far. Each stencil has it own story. Most of his stencils come from his own pictures, but some also come from friends, or photographers with whom he collaborate. The most important thing for him is the feeling inside, the expression of the eyes, and the story behind his art work. he has allways sayed to never follow anyone, never copy anyone, just follow your own style and feeling, the streets
